Ballard Kitchen
The focus of this remodel was remodeling the existing kitchen by removing several walls to open the kitchen to the dining room and living room, as well a family room in the rear.
The entire main floor was taken down to the studs, allowing us to replace all of the knob and tube wiring, upgrade the plumbing throughout, and add new insulation. A powder room was also added off of the kitchen.
