Seattle Kitchen and Master Suite Addition
This family wanted more space.
They were in need of a master suite to give them their own space away from the kids. The husband also frequently worked from home so this second story addition gave him a home office. Great views of Lake Washington, the cascades and Mt Rainier were also captured.
The floor plan on the main floor was opened up as well to make the home more conducive to entertaining. We switched the direction of the staircase through all three levels of the home, and upgraded all of the existing systems including all new electrical, plumbing, and a new ductless heating system.
