The period details in this craftsman home add to the unique design
This property had been converted to a duplex and part of our project was to convert it back into a single family home. A second kitchen was removed upstairs to create a child’s bedroom.
A doorway was put back in to connect the living room to the foyer and the second entrance was removed from the front of the home. A butler’s pantry was left in the original configuration, paying homage to the past. The foyer was remodeled with new cabinetry to keep the family organized. The kitchen sink was moved to the exterior wall and the windows were replaced to make this possible. Credit Kenna Stout with Brio Interior Design for the interior design work.
