We opened up the living area to the kitchen by taking out multiple walls, vaulting the ceiling, and separating the spaces with a funky green marble island.
Natural light from the new skylights reduce electric use and give a more spacious feel. The addition of a tiled fireplace acts as a focal point to the living area for cozy nights and late-night trips are safe with the stairs new railing and custom accent lighting.
