This kitchen expansion took advantage of an existing back porch and breakfast nook by installing a new steel beam and french doors out to a new deck with a privacy screen.
Creating space for a larger island, pantry, and appliance garage gave this kitchen the functionality it was missing. The full height quartz backsplash adds a subtle warmth to the kitchen.
In the bathroom we removed the existing clawfoot tub and created a large walk in shower with tasteful hexagon tile and wood accents.
