This two story DADU is packed with features. A two car garage, full kitchen and bath, laundry, and a loft to a rooftop deck.
Working with plans provided by LD Arch Design we started by removing the existing garage and pouring a new foundation. The unique roof line makes the loft feel open and inviting. The custom white oak stairs with LEDs illuminate your ascent.
The curbless shower and white oak cabinets give the bathroom a spa like feel even in your own back yard. This DADU maximized our clients space and will be enjoyed by in-laws and guests for years to come.
