This two story addition & full home remodel gave our clients the space they needed.
A complete rework of the primary bedroom allowed for a full walk in closet and en suite bathroom. While the basement portion of the addition earned a media/play room with an updated bathroom.
The kitchen was also reworked with new beams in the ceiling to allow for a more open concept. The massive island, pantry, and french doors out to the deck are a few of the features packed into this mid century kitchen.
Off of the dining room we were able to capture a portion of the space for an office, with full light doors it feels like a warm extension of the space.
Windows and skylights allowed the walnut cabinets, light maple floors, green and brass accents to shine.
Located on a sloped lot, a new retaining wall was required and a large new deck with cable railing made the exterior feel complete.
