Kitchen Remodels , Bathrooms , and Full Home
Working with a local architect Kit Newman. We touched almost every portion of this 1913 Seattle craftsman home.
This kitchen features a drop cove ceiling with ambient LED lighting and surface mount light fixtures. Cooking and coffee were a big priority for this client- and we achieved easy accessibility to both of those things with this remodel. This Seattle kitchen features beautiful and functional cabinets and appliances. Featuring a contrasting walnut coffee bar station.
The main floor bathroom layout was reworked to make room for a double vanity and large shower space. And the basement bathroom was expanded making room for a clawfoot tub. We preserved the existing built-ins in the dining and living room by planing the existing doors and installing new hinges to keep the old charm of these rooms. Our client was big on paying homage to the original character of the home and this remodel accomplished just that.
