Maple Leaf Master Suite and Rooftop Deck
The owners of this Maple Leaf craftsman wanted a true master suite and a roof top deck.
Built Square collaborated with Alloy Design Group to create the planset. Not disturbing the charm of the craftsman character was important to the clients – so this roof top deck is virtually invisible from the front of the home.
This project was completed during the winter months; to keep the existing structure dry the new roof was framed and installed before the old roof was removed.
